Through an immersive experience encompassing physical practice (postures, or āsana, and intelligent sequencing, or vinyāsa krama), philosophical study rooted in foundational texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), energetic seals (mudrā), subtle energy centers (chakras), and the sciences of anatomy and physiology, you’ll encounter Yoga in its holistic and authentic form.
We emphasize self-study (svādhyāya), inviting students to integrate self-reflection and textual research, fostering the development of a personal daily spiritual practice (sādhanā). This profoundly personal exploration cultivates confidence in teaching public classes, virtual sessions, or private lessons, enriching your understanding and practice of Yoga.
This Yoga Alliance-certified training is led by a distinguished faculty, with most members possessing over five years of teaching experience and/or advanced degrees such as master’s or PhDs or currently pursuing these qualifications. Whether you intend to teach or delve deeper into your personal journey, this training offers a scholarly yet accessible approach to Yoga, blending tradition with modern relevance.
